well hey. i'm new. i guess.
my name is laura, i'm 13 and i'm a friend of Star_of_Lei. i kinda hope she'll adopt me ^-^
errm, are we supposed to write interests here too? oh well. i will. i like listening to punkrock, emo and emopunk, my favourite band is Fall Out Boy and i also like Funeral For A Friend, Taking Back Sunday, The Who, Thrice, Twice Upon A Time, New Found Glory, My Chemical Romance, Biffy Clyro, Not Katies...and well, a lot of other bands. my nickname is Nemo (not because of the fish - whatever you may think, i'm NOT orange with black and white stripes), it's because...well, i'm an emo. i like watching rugby (i support Leicester Tigers). im keen on photography, and am looking at specialising in skate photography for a career. oh, and i do singing. i'm in my local youth choir (we're going on tour to salzburg for a week next saturday) but i'm ideally aiming to be in a band that does music alike to the music i listen to. i also write songs (some are quite, ahem, graphic, but they're all related to my feelings and stuff. that's why they feel so real.

I suppose Star_of_Lei could, but you might be better off if you pick someone who's been here for longer and knows the ins and outs of Matazone. It's up to you, but an older member might help things go more smoothly, especially one with lots of experience outside the Games forum, which is fairly self-explanatory. Anyway, go forth and post!

Astrael: Have a look at Mini_Silver_Strom_Dragon, it was my original account. I rejoined as Star_of_Lei after a LONG time away. There are three reasons I changed my name and made a new account,
1.) I'm not the same person as I was then
2.) The name doesn't represent me anymore
3.) I figured it would have been deleted.

And the reason I haven't picked it up again is all the above and I, well, forgot the password. But this was the first forum I joined, and I still know my way around.

Fair enough. If you've been around before then fine, but sometimes one newbie adopting another on other forum I've seen means the adopter knows nothing and the adoptee is hopelessly confused for months because they haven't been taught properly. If you know your way around then go ahead and adopt.
They don't seem to delete old users here, as people keep coming back after long breaks. I wish that they could delete the people with no posts after a year or two. It might make things neater.

Definately, though I suppose it would be a bit mean. I would be happy for MSSD to be deleted because I'm not that person any more and I dislike having the reminder. Oh well, I suppose it can be a good thing right?

Star_of_Lei - have you tried PMing one of the Administrators about deleting your old name? Current excellent joes with pants of steel are Mata, Mr. Fuzzy, and Jonman. Maybe they could make your old account go away.
