On wednesday I'm moving back up to Norwich. Properly leaving home this time, not just studenting. Paying my own rent and being totally independent from my parents and all those other things that growing up means. I'll be without a computer until Saturday and I don't know when I'll get internet after that - hopefully straight away, but I'm not sure.
I realise that less than a week is not exactly "being away for a while" and the only place that might notice my absence is the Media forum, but moving house is a Big Thing, so I felt it proper to post. -------------------- |

I'm moving and have been less than organized. This means the computer doesn't have internet until I track down the company providing it and work on getting it set up. Easily a week but maybe longer.
I never like moving and yet I seem to put everything I own into cardboard boxes on a fairly regular basis. At least this move I'm staying in the same city. Everything back in the car. My internet at home has decided that Matazone doesn't exist anymore and try as I might I can't get on to the forums/trouble down pit/stick scene or anything so basically until it decides that it does actually exist I won't be around much

Just an update.
My internet on the whole is balls. I have discovered that my housemate is a moron and gets our internet from AOL and it basically hates me. Since Thursday it has not stayed connected for more than about 2 minutes and so in my desperation I have ended up in the library. It is making Mr Flibble very cross. I don't see why I should give him £5 a month towards internet that is pretty much unusable but he doesn't see it that way and apparently my other housemates don't have a problem with it. Even when I can use it there is still no indication of it accepting that Matazone exists, except maybe in a parallel dimension. -------------------- |

I'll be offski for a while after tomorrow. I've got a whole eleven days off for my birthday, and whilst that's lovely for my continued sanity (as any time away from work is) it does mean that my main source of internet will no longer be within my grasp.
I'll be back though. You can count on it. I do, however, expect a thread to be made in my honour, just like the old days...

Yeah, so I was away for a long time. And then I came back, like the prodigal son, and all was well.
It's been fun catching up with you guys, but now it's time for me to slink off again. I've got too many demands on my time to keep coming here as a regular, I'm already feeling like I'm shirking and it's just not good. So I'm afraid to say it's time to bid you all adieu.
