Ah. Well, you know Murphy's Law: Anything that can go wrong, will, and usually at the worst possible moment? Apparently, there's a whole... Whole... (Hmmm. What do you call a collection of laws, anyway?) whole... Collection of the buggers out there, dealing with specific circumstances. The reference to repealing 'em was an attempt at a pun. Which, apparently, fell flat on its face...
