there IS an official list of all the colors that've been discovered so far. it's called 'the undiscovered colors thread' and it's somewhere in daft (somewhere on the first page, i believe, it was bumped fairly recently)

It there because if anyone is particularly naughty we Moderators can raise the warn level. It goes up in increments of ten percent so one warn would raise the level to 10%, two to 20% and so on. It's a bit like 3 strikes and your out kinda thing, but if you are ever warned one of us will PM you to tell you why, and how it affects your status on the forum

they won't tell. IRC is exclusive, but for a reason. They could tell you a lot better than I, but before, when IRC opened it's gates to all, they had some _really_ bad experiences with people saying things...that shouldn't be said to say the least. They won't tell you the IRC room, so don't bother asking.
