Not really sure where to post this, but this will suffice.
The term "Ancient of Days" is used in Daniel 7:9, 13, and 22, and it's a Aramaic phrase from what I have been able to see, amidst the Hebrew of the rest of the book. From what I've been able to find online, the transliteration into the English alphabet is "Attiyq Yowm" or "Atik Yomin." I would really like to be able to use this phrase in the original Hbrew/Aramaic alphabet for an art piece I'm working on. Can any of the Jews or Hebrew speakers out there help me out on this one? Also, is there a semi-decent English-Hebrew dictionary online? Thanks a bunch. -------------------- At the Left Hand of God

im jewish but i have NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CLUE what to tell you. they may have made me learn the hebrew alphabet and a torah portion but i dont know crap anymore. my suggestion is for you to go to a local synagouge and ask people there-like teachers or a rabbi or canter-almost anyone but the secretary and even he/she could know. theres gotta be a synagouge near you, right?) however, i seriously doubt there being a decent hebrew-english dictionary online. you also may try looking up a free jewish dating site or something and posting there and asking them.

Thanks to everyone who replied to this. I actually managed to get a hold of the Hebrew characters (which is what I was looking for, lebigcheeseneit).
