ok, i have a question for everyone thats probably really dumb. what would you think if a guy wrote this to you?

Can't really say without knowing the guy personally. I don't know if he likes to play practical jokes or not.
How well do you know him? Are the two of you friends? If you're good friends, then I doubt he'd joke around with you like that (if he's worth being friends with, that is). -------------------- I love you in a way that is mystical and eternal and illegal in 20 states.

no hes not a friend, i was dating him for a while. hes been proven to be a lying bastard now but i just wanted to see if he was then. its dumb really but i was just curious

I'd say:
1) He's interested enough to possibly make a fool out of himself if you laugh at him for being romantic and sending a poem. 2) He's good at quoting http://www.1lovepoems.com/pi25.shtml 3) I'm very cynical because the first thing I did after reading that was put the first line of it into Google in speech marks to see if it was written by someone else. This doesn't mean that it's not still a very sweet thing to do, but it could be a chat-up line he uses all the time. So... Unfortunately this doesn't really help you one way or the other. He's definitely interested, but whether he's a romantic who can't write poetry or a cynic who's trying to play the game, that we can't answer for you. What do you think?
