Don't worry, you're not in trouble. All is explained here. Basically, it's like AIM, mods can increase or decrease your Warn meter so that you and other mods know how bad you've been.
Edit: And regular users can only see their own warning meters, that's why you think you're the only one with one. Only mods can see everybody's. -------------------- Every sort of expert knowledge and every inquiry, and similarly every action and undertaking, seems to seek some good. Or, in my case...mods can increase it cause they wanted to see what it looked like when someone was warned and I said they could try it out on me, then they discovered that they couldn't change it back immediately. Hehe. So it's possible some mods were thinking I was naughty, when really I didn't do anything! It's gone now though. I still think I should have everyone invent a crime that I committed since it was up there for about 12 hours...lol.
Anyway, if it's at 0%, then you have nothing to worry about.  I doubt you did anything to make someone warn you, either.
