I'm sure it hasn't passed any of the UK forumites attention that the sun has decided to show his face to us. I braved the natural light in favour of the azure glow of my CRT and basked in it's warmth. And lo, it was good. I've generally just been chilling, drinking ice cool drinks, playing football when the fancy takes me and having a great time. I hear tell that increased levels of sun raises the sex drive too.
It's all good. Verily, summer is my favourite season. How has everyone else been taking advantage of the weather? -------------------- People should not be afraid of their governments, governments should be afraid of their people.

I've been taking advantage by bouncing on the trampoline in my garden (I'm up to four consecutive swivel hips!), and wearing my sandles more. Today is especialy sunny and warm, and I spent some time with my neighbour earlier in his garden chatting and getting some sun on my back to help clear up the spots. Depending on what I have to do tomorrow, I might go to Greenwich Park with the Hitchhickers Guild to the Galexy books, and have a nice long read.

Since you're all being happy, I'm here to play the Scrooge of summer...erm...yes. Anyway, I hate summer. It's too bright, it's too hot, everyone is outside and the air is all dry. Not to mention the dust-like torment flowers seem to insist on releasing. All in all, sucky day. Time to buy a big hat.

I'm enjoying the last of summer with walking and generally being warm outside with the thought in mind that within a monthit will be too cold to go out without a coat.

I was walking home at about 11:30 pm last night and the weathr was lovely. it was warm and dark and raining a little bit, but not enough to get you wet, just enough to keep you cool. Brilliant

Yesterday I took a big advantage of the weather to go and buy lots of big bottles of orange juice. I drank one whilst walking home and could feel it swaying around in my tummy.

*peers out of the window* Oh... So that's what weather looks like...
I've been having very intermittent hayfever this year, nothing as bad as last year yet though. I get SAD in the winter and hayfever in the summer! Eek! I prefer the hot weather, mainly because it means I can wander around without a huge coat on and still feel comfortable. I don't like being cold! -------------------- Trouble Down Pit: Still updated every Monday and Friday

The tube always smells slightly funny, but it's not nearly as bad as the dance hall ^.^ That's just a gross smell. We had a thunderstorm earlier today, but all is now sunny-ness in Ormskirk. ^.^

I hate summer.
It's too hot, dry, sunny, and still. I like it when its overcast, windy, or drizzly. I'm only happy when it rains, and I get killy hayfever. *Prefers snuggling down in a big oversized coat, feeling the raindrops bounce off the top of his head, and watching the darkened clouds to horrible sticky sun But then again the girls do wear the very nice tops.
