My step-niece, each Christmas, devours several hundred mince pies... but only of the iced-topped variety (probably fondant). In fact, there's usually a text message sent to everyone she knows declaring:
"Ive [sic] brought [sic] the first minced [sic] pies of the year!!!!!!!". Ahem. Glad to see that the "Yes" people outnumber the "No" people, on the poll

Apparently, Sainsbury's are doing a mince pie flavoured ice cream. I also got a booklet from them that has a recipe for making Christmas pudding blondies with leftover Christmas pudding.
