Right, i'm going to settle on we're both hypocrites. I do some of the things you say. I make mistakes. And so do you. For example:

Personally, I found the whole thing hilarious, with an underlying thread of truth that most people here are afraid to face up to.
Spam is starting to kill this site. The mods are powerless to stop it. It's not just in 'Daft', either. And may I point out, there is spam, and there is spam. The occasional silly post in a 'Daft' thread is OK, but hijacking a thread to make cheap jokes is just stupid. Especially if someone asks you not to. And one last thing - will everyone please stop criticising the mods and the work they do? If your sig has been reduced, it is for a good f@cking reason. The mods do more work for this site than you will ever realise, and the last thing they need is someone whinging at them for some little change they've made. Especially someone who hasn't been here long - that's like turning up at your friend's house for the first time and criticising the decor. You wouldn't expect to be invited back - so think on, 'k? On a more ontopic note, the Fansite remains testament to how much Missy has done for this place. She plainly cares passionately for it. Can you claim the same? -------------------- the end is nice |

To tell you the truth, I never had too much of a problem with spam...maybe because I came here pretty recently, and don't know about the good old days. *shrugs* The rest of what Missy said looked to be pretty much on target though.
