Alright, so tomorrow I'm going to Amsterdam for a couple of days. Now, I know a few forumites have been there, so: is there anywhere in particular I ought to go? Art galleries and museums are of particular interest.

I have a few friend who live in the Netherlands, so I asked one of them. Probably not the kind of thing you're looking for here, but their suggestions were weed, interesting cheap stores, annoying artists, and the red light district.

Once you've been to a 'cafe' the art galleries are the best place to be.

Safety warning: People go very fast in cars/trams/on bikes...after a 'cafe' you will be very slow.

Obviously I've missed this but you really should've rung me Sean as I know loads of top places to go in Amsterdam and not all of them involve sex or drugs biggrin.gif Hope you had fun and debauchery aplenty wink.gif
