My Latin class (boo) is going to Rome (yay) this summer, and I was thinking in the shower (thats where i do my best thinking) that it'd be really cool to buy Tarot cards in Italy...not just real Italian cards via the internet. I'd be near the Roman sites (pompay for a day, etc.). And I've heard we get alot of free time, so now all I need is a willing adventurer. MUAHAHAHAH.

If you're familiar with the area, or just have traveling-by-yourself/ish suggestions, let me know and I can get the itinary...

I've no idea where occult shops might be in Rome, but the trip sounds fun. I'd love to see the city, the architecture looks wonderful.

You might want to have a search online for places of interest in Rome. Small markets might have the kind of thing you're looking for (just make sure you don't look too much like a tourist if possible!).

I'm attracted by the potential for reckless abuse of power.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do... sacrifice the souls of the innocent!

Heh, I'm priceless.

Or not.

I got a film clip that I wanted to try editting into an animated gif.

Among other things, I'm planning an animation that'll have lots of ani gifs in it, so I thought I'd get a head start and begin making them. I liked it so much that I thought I'd have it as my new av.

did you know that there were public bathrooms in ancient roman villages?! yep.
and there was a trench with running water where the feet would be. people had sponges- one per toilet, i think, theyd wash them off in the water, wipe their buttola, and put it back. ah, silly romans.
