Not sure whether this is relevant (and even if it is, I'm not sure what it is relative to), but when I first came here, there was a little box at the bottom of the forums in which I was reminded of that most fantastic of occasions: Towel day. Naturally, being a Vogon fearing person and all, I just wondered whether maybe this was something that disappeared like the delete button, or whether it's just a case of there's been no dates of note.

Okay, that's sorted. Apparently I can either have a yearly event, or one with an end date, but not both... Which seems odd. Why would you have a yearly event if it didn't end the previous year?
