Sorry I'm just feeling lame today. I have no job, got fired in November, because my boss came up with some lame false reason to fire me.

I've been so bored. Schools not distracting me enough. It's hard on a workaholic to be unemployed. **Rips hair out**

Ok I'm normal again sorry just felt like ranting.

I started out washing cars at age 7, upgraded to mowing lawns at 10, upgraded to a paper route when I was 14, upgraded to retail when I was 18. Retail: Started out working at a music store, got promoted to a shift manager, moved to TN worked at a convience store for a month and a half til my manager decided to frame me for the theft of 36 cartons of ciggys, turns out he was really stealing them, but since I was from California I was told I was guilty cause we all have low morals out here (bahhh issues there), then I worked as a maid at a Motel for a day (manager chewed me out 2nd day so I quit before my shift started), then went onto work for Target, got promoted to Cashier Supervisor, moved back to Cali, worked for Target until my previous boss at the music store invited me back to be an assistant manager, then he quit, we got a new boss who didn't like me because he wasn't my first boss at the store and I knew more about running it than he did, so after a year and a half of trying to get me to quit, made up a reason to fire me and did.

Ok now you know my resume haha. I'm trying to get out of retail, the pay sucks, I've been chewed out by too many customers, and I would really like a job where I can sit and do work at a desk. I would like to get into my field now, but not enough schoooling darn. Field I'm studying is graphic design. Art + Computers = heaven for me.

What's the job, leo?

LoLo - Welcome to the fold, sister... I am also unemployed - or 'Dolescum' as we affectionately refer to ourselves.

The big break will come soon, and then you'll be swimming in money. Like Uncle Scrooge McDuck. But not.

You know what I mean...

[EDIT] interview, eh? Lucky beeyatch... Wish I could get an interview... mad.gif Ahh, don't be put off by my bitterness...

Good luck!

What's the job, leo?

The official title is "Technical Support Team Leader"

The basics are - help people who have puter troubles (usually BCKs, but then what d'ya expect...)

I have 2 peeps report to me. Used to be three, but thats the economy for ya sad.gif

Get to travel to the following exotic places: Widnes, Birmingham, Avonmouth, Watford, arse end of Leicester, and many more! Foreign travel includes the industrial part of Dublin, the crappiest area of Paris, and a big warehouse called New Jersey...

Why the crappy areas? Cos we make chemicals.

arse end of Leicester,

Leicester has more than one end? Blim. I lived there for a year, and I didn't find it (except for my flat which was a haven of culture (i.e. I had a piece of Mata's artwork on the wall), choons, cuisine and other things that begin with c and are good (but not rude). Like cheese. And chilli. Mmm)

Ramble over.

Any one who was wondering, the job interview went ok. I was at the place for about 2 and a half hours, because it turned out to be an employment agency, and the office manager is one of the many positions they may have me fill.

I had to fill out tons of papers, take some typing, ten key, and data entry tests, then interview with three people.

Hopefully they will call me soon with an assignment. The only down side is they say its going to be harder to get me a job, because I am in school, and oh god get this, getting out of school at 9am is a big hassle to work around.
