No, I don't think its over. There will be radicals in Northern Ireland for a long time yet. I think this is a positive step, but to consider this the end is naive to say the least.

And little twit, little_bear has a point. Your spelling and grammar make your posts barely legible. I can't speak for others, but I find myself far less inclined to give such posts the attention they may deserve. Take your time with the writing. This is a forum, not instant messenger; getting it down quickly is not essential. You may find that if you take your time to read through your post, checking for mistakes, more thoughts on the subject may develop and you'll be able to give us much more to comment on.

Now I'm paranoid about spelling mistakes in this post.

If you *really* want to get formal, it's "Why hast thou forsaken me?" No offense, but I love Old English grammar rules. tongue.gif
I'm not responding to the subject until this has been thoroughly obliderated and rewritten with the aid of a spellcheck.
By the way, doesn't this belong in the Issues forum?

Sorry to be off topic, but isn't 'thou' used for friends/those below you? Hardly the sort of thing to be saying to gods, in my humblest of opinions. "Why have you forsaken me?", while less cool sounding, is probably more polite when addressing deities.

If there are any gods of grammar, then they are my friends and allies against my ignorant teachers. And they're probably small gods, like in Pratchett's Discworld. Just enough believers to keep them alive.... biggrin.gif
And you could say "Why hast thee forsaken me?" if we felt like compromising. What was the point of this thread, anyway? I believe I've forgotten.
