Hullo,
I have been away.
And just had a corset made for me.
I felt like it OK?
It is very comfortable and I have been wearing it for twenty hours now.
Reason is I cannot get at the knot in the laces because it is round the back.

Well, you could try picking it out. You should be able to reach, if the knot is just too tight try using some sort of awl to loosen it, a fork might work. SOmething that is small at the tip and gets bigger will loosen the knot.

Obviously if you just cant reach you need to get someone to help you out

Phone a friend. biggrin.gif

If all else fails, take a knife to the lacing. Lacing can always be replaced. *noddles*

A knife? Sillyness is what that is. Wearing a corset gives you magical mind-type powers, just use those to undo the knot. Or position a mirror so you can see your back, and glare at it until it feels ashamed for causing you trouble and simply falls off. That's always worked for me in the past. Does that's use an apostraphy.....apostrofy......apostophi....one of those dashy thingies that goes before the s?

DUKE (V/O)
We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold. I remember saying something like: "I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive..." Suddenly there was a terrible roar all around us and the sky was full of what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car... ... and a voice was screaming: Holy Jesus! What are these goddamn animals?

Yes. That's is a contraction of "that is" or "that has" so it uses an apostrophe.

I got it off OK.

Thank you for the help.

I just used extreme patience, not good at patience but it worked in the end.

Better to persevere with doing a bow to start with instead of the quick and easy knots.
