This thread is so British. >_>

As for the weather, it's horrible and cold and moist but not actually rainy. Nasty!

Lovely blue sky with a couple of rain clouds far away in the distance. Reasonably sunny but very cold none the less. I'm just south-east of London.

It's snowing! And my enclosed porch says its 34 degrees (F), and I am going to do something ridiculously dorky like make a snowman or fling myself down the front hill in a few minutes, when I am properly awake.

(Oh, and I'm in the northeast US)

It's cold. -20 © / 0 (F)

It's still dark as the sun hasn't risen yet here in SE British Columbia. We've maybe a foot of snow on the ground and it's likely there will be some blue sky today. This morning this stars are shining brightly and some of the starshine seems reflected by ice crystals in the snow. Very pretty.

The snow machines are working like mad at the local ski hill. Huge plumes of white shoot 8 feet up into the air. They're always busy with them whenever it's cold enough.

Tis clear and sunny, but the snow on the ground isn't melting anytime soon. It's 13 degrees F (-10 C). About average for this time of year. It's the first day in awhile that it hasn't been snowing.

Oh, and I'm in NE Oregon. Most of the state is like this, it just rains a lot where most of the people live, on a tiny little strip on the Western side of the state.

typical winter (cold and refreshing)

not wet but not at all dry, freezing and grey, when the sun comes out it is so far away it provides little warmth. i like it.

Clear and cold, with plenty of snow on the ground. -2F (about -19 C).

It'd be a lovely day for a walk if it was a bit warmer sad.gif

It's fairly cold and cloudy here in Georgia, so all my fellow students are hoping for enough snow to get us out of school (given Georgia's snow management, three inches or a bit of ice would do it. laugh.gif) However, that's really unlikely to happen. It's not quite cold enough yet, so we'll have to trudge to school anyway.

When I woke up this morning I was in Norwich and there was about 1/4" of snow and occasional heavy snow storms, as the day went on I moved West and I've been in Ely where it was cold but clear and crisp and I am now in Loughborough where it was cold, less clear and a little windy. Now it is dark but I expect that the weather is similar to what it was earlier.

Novander informs me that nearly all of the snow in Norwich has melted now which doesn't suprise me, I nearly had a heart attack this morning when I opened my curtain and everything was covered in snow.

It started to snow for about an hour at about twenty to three where I live (30 miles from Norwich)- and it has settled and is still there. Only about a centimetre, but it is still snow! I'm hoping for it to freeze, and for it to snow again tonight so it will all settle.

Awful driving conditions in the morning, but who needs to go anywhere on a Sunday?!

It was nice - cold but sunny and a little snow on the ground.
