Hopefully this hasn't been done yet. I skimmed the topics and I didn't see anything.

Theres an uber cute dolche and gabbna bustier that I want. I can't find a picuter of it except on the dolche gabbna web site. but it you want to look; its in the women fashion bit of the collection and has a cute red bow around the mid section.
Dolce and Gabbana

The fantasy perfume gift set by Britney Spears. What ever people say about her, her perfumes smell really young and nice. So this is my perfume ask of the year.

On the digital side of things I wouldn't mind anIpod Nano. I don't yet own any sort of ipod so it would make me feel more with the times.

So thats my big asks of the year. Minus the socks ofcourse, everyone always needs socks. So what are your hoping for this year?

It's getting a bit late to put new thoughts into such things!

Oob, you might want to ask for an iRiver instead of the iPod. They've got loads of lovely features without the annoying protection systems that Apple put in their software. In addition, you can keep any sort of file you want on it: currently mine is storing a full backup of all my PhD files, which gives great peace of mind!

'Fruits' by Soichi Aoki - a book of Tokyo fashion
Johnny Hollow album - They're a really fun band but you can only get their album from Canada or something annoying.
Red material - To drape around my bedroom or wear as a shawl
A5 ringbinder - My current one has run out and I quite need a new one

This is different from the other thread because that one is about what you realistically want and this is just your dreaming list.
I would love to have a brown trenchcoat like Mal Reynold's on Firefly. Yeah, I can be a bit of a slavish fangirl sometimes. A black trenchcoat in the same style would be great because it would go with anything.
An iRiver sounds lovely now that I've heard about it. My friends whine about the bad functions of their iPods, and an iRiver looks like just the sort of thing that wouldn't have those annoyances.
I want my own laptop, but I'll be getting one for college in two years, so I'm willing to wait.

I want an Ipod.

Only I cancelled Christmas and I suspect that people ignored me. So I may get stuff that I will love but I'll feel wretched about it because I didn't shop for them.

Did I mention that with the iRiver you usually get more storage space for the same price as a smaller iPod because you're not paying a premium for the designer label?

Admittedly, the iPods usually do look swanky, but they'll be in your pocket most of the time and then it's the functions that count and the iRiver beats them on that.

With the iPod, it's not a case of a label for me. It's just that I like products that cost me that much money to be well respected and damn good at what they do.

From what I've heard the iPod ticks all the boxes. *shrug*

That just gave me a weird flashback to Monty Python and the Holy Grail, where Lancelot is killing everything in Swamp Castle. *chuckles* I have a rather unhealthy obsession, don't I?

Nothing Python related is unhealthy biggrin.gif

I wanted some Matazone badges for Christmas, but I forgot to say anything to anyone before I found out they had brought me presents...

But when we were at 6th form on our last day, my friend gave me her presnet, and among the rubber frog, and the pot of chocolate covered almonds (which were meant to look like olives) was the whole set of badges! Hooray! biggrin.gif

I had another story like that from a girl who was asking about the LGG shoulder bags in my shop. They were all gone but there was one that I'd not sold due to the stitching being a bit off on one corner which I said she could have for the price of the shipping. She discussed it with her boyfriend only to find that he'd bought her one for a surprise before they sold out. smile.gif

I'd like a pair of these pretty shoes or boots for Christmas. The company try to be enviromentaly friendly as they cam, for instance using hand stiching over glues and that. So pretty.

Socks! I always want socks, and I always get socks. You see, my dear forumites, I get through about 25 pairs a year. Some times more, some times less. Of the 8 or 10 pairs of socks I received last year I have one pair, and one holey sock left. Where have they gone? I hear you ask. I've developed a theory. I believe that sock go, via a porthole in washing machine, to The Land of The Lost Socks. *noodles*

Storage space.

I also got many a socks. A plethora of socks one might say. It made me happy.

So yup I had a good Christmas. Hope you guys did to!

I recieved, from my parents, a beautiful greeny grey Dansette record player. I am in love with it, and have named it Eric biggrin.gif I also got a Jim Morrison biography which I started reading Christmas afternoon, and have almost finished. Two excellent things I wanted, although the latter I didn't know I did until I got it.

I am now riddled with guilt about Christmas, and am not quite sure what to do.
