Wow! Is it nice out there? Hows the weather, the food, the culture...? Where about in Spain are you?

Spain's a nice country, from the little I've seen of it. Spanish is pretty easy to learn the basics of too, so try and learn shop-Spanish (asking for things, a few names, saying thanks) while you're out there.

Really? Are you sure it's not just a credit card? Credit cards aren't free, which incidently is why my credit card with the 1000 limit *paws at it and whines* is empty.

Spain? Wow. I've been there once for like 10 days. How long are you there for? Where in the country are you?

350 doesn't cover my half of the rent and bills, let alone food. If I didn't want hot water, or any water at all, electricity, a TV license, internet access, a telephone line, or to not be arrested for non-payment of council tax, and I was okay with eating cold, cheap bread then that would cover my rent and food (although I'd have to go shopping more often because I wouldn't have a fridge). Strangely, I consider those things quite important to my life. 350 doesn't cover them even for one month. It's a lot of money.

Hmm....converting between the pound and the American dollar, that ammount of money would cover rent, food for the month for me and Randy, a $50 bus pass for getting around to work and back, and there would still be a couple of bucks left over to dick around with. That is a LOT of money.

350 wouldn't cover my mortgage. It wouldn't even cover my childcare costs.

It's not a lot of money at all.

It would let me pay off my debts to my mum, my car insurance for a year and let me go to alot of gigs in London. It would also pay for me to get up to Glasgow for a party I am invited to, and let me even buy a round of drinks.
350 is a lot of money that can get spent very VERY quickly.

'Cos I was bored I had a look, and whoa! I had no idea the exchange rate was so low. 350 is $625.

And as everyone else seems to be saying it, yes 350 is quite a lot of money. As I don't pay rent or buy food, 350 would more than cover my entire expenses for a year, including music, clothes and miscellaneous stuff.

Wouldn't quite cover my half of the rent. It's still a fair chunk of change as my rent is somewhat high.

Isn't this getting a little away from LT's spanish holiday?
