So, since I'm bored and have just figured out how to take photos with my camera (rediculously fuzzy though), I decided to show off my fabulous new piercing. (My ear, you pervs =P). I went down to Seaside Heights, which is a place on the (New) Jersey shore, and while I was there I got my third earlobe piercing. Now for the (excessively fuzzy) pictures!

Pretty Ear 1

Pretty Ear 2

Isn't it pretty? There are four all together on that ear and just the three on the right one. Since I graduated highschool I've been getting one piercing per summer. I wonder what I'll get next summer! happy.gif

Anyway, on a completely unrelated note, as I was taking pics of my ear, I saw in the background something that I had to share with all the matazonians. Namely:

This!

My uni friend made that for me for Christmas. It's officially my favorite item ever (and doubles as a lovely DVD holder happy.gif)

Hee! Pretty piercing and nice chainsaw tongue.gif I have no piercings, but my boyfriend and his sister have been trying to get me to pierce my ears for the first time - and the boyfriend's going to pierce one of his, maybe. That ought to be fun!

Do you not get sick of not being able to wear pretty earings and having to bypass them in shops?

I think I pointed out in a spam discussion thread somewhere that spam is also defined by volume as well as content, so maybe one in twenty posts being pretty content-less is probably okay... Well, that was my theory then and I'm sticking with it.

(Which is a complex way of saying that, yes, it was spam, but I don't feel naughty because of it!)

Oh.

Well, then.

I withdraw the question.

But to answer Jen's question, yes, the CoNS (as I've come to call it) is a box with an extra bit on it to make it look like a chainsaw. It's also functional, as it currently holds all of my DVDs smile.gif

Oh, yeah, I've passed up tons of cute earrings and such that I would love to have. But, I'm sort of apathetic about jewelry as it is, so it's usually no big deal.

Ooooh! Perrty. And I absolutely love the Chainsaw of Natural Selection. Darwin would heart you for it. Is that the implement with which one dubs winners of the Darwin Awards worthy of said "honor"? happy.gif

Oooh, yay functional happy.gif

Also, Sarah/Cookieflair - you don't actually need pierced ears to wear cute earrings, you can get magnetic ones (and clip on ones, but those suck, generally). I used to wear them, cos I wasn't allowed my ears done until I was 16.
