For manga style sketchings... those are really very good! You've got a good grasp of the facial style and the bodies are in manga proportions. Now... Can you draw people normally too, or do you only do cartoon style? (I like to give people a challenge!)

Well I've tried, and they come out pretty good, except for the eyes. (I need more practice on those hehe)

Wow, these are very good! Keep drawing lots, and ink some of your stuff too. Give'em colour as well! So yeah, keep drawing lots, you have potential to get even better! Your probably not looking for too much advice, if any, but I'd say copy style of different anime/manga artists, once you know how to draw in each of those styles you can create your very own unique style that looks amazing due to all the practice you will have had :3
