Hi all. I'm back from the pit once again! smile.gif

I have some news. For those that know me I have split up with Ed sad.gif

It's all amicable and mutual but it's obviously very upsetting.

I decided it was about time I got my backside back on Matazone and caught up with what's been going on.

I'm still doing my MA. I'm just finishing a module that involves creating a virtual tour/game of a museum in Preston and then I'm starting my dissertation which involves evaluating said game inside said museum. It's all very good fun and gives me an excuse to play computer games AND visit museums. Hurrah!

So? Anything interesting to tell me???

Sam

I've got my PhD... I'm working for EA Games in Guildford... Err... The moon isn't made of cheese, instead it's breeze-blocks and a thin layer of that plaster stuff they put on ceilings.

You pretty much know everything else...or will know it when you read the message I sent. Anyway, nice to see you back again.

Pixiegoth, sorry I can't welcome you back or anything. I just started snooping around myself.

ARC! Long time no see! Aww, it's like a mini-reunion.

One of the things that I've really grown to appreciate is how many people drop back by here now and then. It's always nice to hear from old friends and find out how they're doing.

Hihi. Sorry to hear you split up- even mutal parting can b upsetting. But to hear that yous aint up in arms about it is a posative thing.

Go with your virtual museaum touring self wink.gif Will we be able to have a looksee online?

I'm finnishing a film course, and will be doing an art foundation course come September. Working a few differant jobs to get by- running art workshops with school kids, painting murals, invigulating exams and working as a technician in a hospital. Started getting more and more into indoor and outdoor rock climing- will be in Portland at the end of the month, if anyone is near by and wats to meet up.

Hi Froggie biggrin.gif Love the avatar by the way wink.gif

Thanks for that. It's always good to catch up (as Mata said). I don't know where Portland is so can't tell you if I'm going to be able to catch up laugh.gif

I'm not sure about our game being online. There are rumours that it might be developed further and, as such, won't be available to public access at the mo wink.gif

Good luck with everything and hopefully I'll see you at the next week.

Bummer dude. Sorry to hear about your split. You have my sympathies.

I'd love to offer you a hug, but you're over there and I'm over here. Plus I'm in a training session, and I think that would be disruptive.

Still, keep your chin up, slaaaaaaaaaaaaaag.
