Ah, my favourite road cone! Along the river there are various bridges, one of them is slightly raised (it's red I believe). It runs north to south, and there is a warehousey thing to the left as you leave the north end of it. Go up the ramp inside the warehouse and there is a smashable billboard up there. Just to the right on the billboard is my favourite traffic cone! You'd have to be looking for it to notice it, but I love it anyway.

Adding on some new mods recently made me wonder what Leopold's up to these days. He's still a mod, if he ever returns (no-one stays away forever MWAHAHAHA ....ahem.) He's also still in the top-ten all time posters, which is scary considering how long it's been since he was on here.
