What are the plans for this Hallowe'en?
Anyone dressing up, wandering graveyards, checking out haunted houses, handing out neat candy (where do I show up if so?) and so on? I plan to dress up later this fine day and try to persuade my friend to be my wingman (wingsista?) at some place with dancing. If the Ross Bay Ghost walk is going on today then I may also go and take that in. http://www.oldcem.bc.ca/cem_rb.htm Pictures may be taken. Edit - a few have been posted on Facebook. : ) No kids trick or treat the apartment building that I live in so the bowl of candy is open for raiding by friends.

moop and I are staying in. With candy and s'mores and Hocus Pocus. And also homemade mead.

HUGE snowstorm hit the area this weekend. Did the partying thing Friday and Saturday, so may just be doing my homework tonight... we might have school tomorrow, even if there's a state of emergency declared. hello new england weather! (also, my three friends and I did the four horsemen of the apocalypse, and that's actually why this happened, I think. snowpocalypse ahoy.)

I went out with friends on Thursday, dressed like this then went to Critical Mass on the Friday (with the same facepaint). Then on Saturday I stayed in and made lasagne, and whilst doing so suddenly everything went wrong and I couldn't breathe for the stabbing pain in my right side. So I took some codeine, and everything was strange but ok. Then on Sunday I was admitted to hospital and kept there until Tuesday. My actual Hallowe'en was spent with a drip in, nil-by-mouth, doing sudoku (for lack of concentration on anything else) and being stoned on the painkillers they were periodically feeding me. I guess it wasn't all bad.
