i thought i would put this out to get some good idea's of movies to watch since i've seen almost every movie that caught my eye in all the movie store around i was looking for suggestion. i supose i will put the movie rasputin (staring alan rickman and ian mckellin) i didnt think it would be that great since it was a 1996 made for tv movie. but acctually i found it very amusing. i think alan rickman is so far the be rasputin i have seen. (this is the movie i ended up with last night) they need to start making more movies

ringu, the japanese version of the ring. you should watch it... or watch the ring (american) first if you haven't already. watch some anime movies too, like "dreaming away" and "princess mononoke", or if you're bored and desperate, "kiki's delivery service"... hehe biggrin.gif

yeah...it's really hard to watch

the ending is really what makes me love the movie though....tis the only movie EVER to make me cry. the beginning and middle part i do not enjoy watching. but it is a very good, if very sad, movie...i think, anyway.

i'd have to agree there...but i cry easy anyway! we watched it when we did the holocaust at school...it was so much worse when you had all the background knowledge from lessons of everything else that happened about that time...but people should watch it to learn from it, i say.

I have yet to see one mention of the Boondock Saints? Why?!

It's the greatest movie of ALL TIME. I command you all to see it, if you haven't!!

Tara agrees with me. It seems only the Scottish and Irish folks understand how great that movie is.

And Shepherds we shall be. For thee, my Lord, for thee. Power hath descended for from Thy hand Our feet my swiftly carry out Thy command. We will flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shallit ever be.

From my childhood, I'd have to say my favourite films were 'The Princess Bride' and 'Willow'.
