Although it's illegal for a number of the people who post on the forum to work, a lot of us is old enough. What does everyone do? What does Mata do during the day?

Anyways, I work at Ticket Central at my university (NC State). I sell tickets for the arts. Considering how popular plays are for college students.... basicly I occasionally answer the phone and do an order that way. So yea, I get bored a lot.

I wish I were young enough not to work... but sadly sad.gif

I work for a huge multinational chemical company called Rhodia. We make speciality chemicals for use in paints, latex & silicon, food additives, washing powders, phosphates, industrial cleaners yadda yadda... Our biggest known post-product is Coca Cola (yup - the real thing!!) which we make phosphoric acid for.

I work for the IT team, as a support team leader. Heck, I just hope they don't follow MY example of mass postin on a forum wink.gif

They havin a bit of a lean time at the mo. They closin the site I'm based at, so now I have to move. Mucho irritain mad.gif

Ew, that really stinks. So you have to move to a different city, or is it your office is moving?

Well, the next nearest place I could go is 10 miles away, so it not too bad. But we don't really own it any more (it was sold last year), we just borrow bits of it.

The next nearest is 30 miles, but they closin that too.

In fact, of the whole area I support, I used to cover 8 sites but soon it'll be just four. Which is very sucky really... mad.gif

Sarah does not work, even though she turned the "official age" aout two weeks ago. I also can't drive, which is probably why I do not have a job.

Actually I have so much homework I never have any time to learn to drive or find work. If I can make everyone think I am smart, I can go to college far far away from here. So far, it's working.

I do volunteer jobs at my city library all the time. ((Yes, I am that much of a book nerd.)) I am trying to earn money for college so I enter a lot of poetry contests, that's kinda like work, since I do it all the time.

I work for a very very very big company that makes all sorts of stuff, from lightbulbs to airplane engines. They sent me here to Seattle to a very very very big airplane company, where I fly around on experimental airplanes, and occasionally push some buttons. Not quite as much fun as you may think, but I enjoy it.

Precisely! That was the view I had from the workstation I used on the previous test airplane.

Currently, I'm flying about on the new 777, which is nice.

Sounds cool - but is actually an awful lot of dullness, with the occasional bit of marvellosity.

I'm unemployed!

I used to do retail work, and like I've said before am currently seeking work somewhere else.

~I'm missing your bed, I never sleep, avoiding the spots where we'd have to speak, and this bottle of beast is taking me home. I'm cuddling close to blankets and sheets, you're not alone and you're not descreet. You make sure I know who's taking you home. I'm reading your note over again, there's not a word that I comprehend, except when you signed it "I will love you always and forever"~

I work in a local harware store.....but I know nothing about hardware. I'm just a cashier. I'm going to have to quit at the end of the summer when I go away to school.

As long as ya can fit it in alongside your glorious duties as High Priestess of ISH, then I'm cool with that!

I know all the minions ya can eat won't pay the bills...
