I was just wondering. I always thought it was easier to talk to people online because I guess I am a clever writer but not a really good conversationalist.

AND HA! THERE IS NO "MEH" SO YOU HAVE TO REALLY ANSWER!

I tend to seem far more interesting over the Net, which should give you some idea how dull I am in reality. To actually have a proper conversation about, y'know, serious or personally important cack, face to face is really the only way. T'Internet's all good for fun though, yay!

i'm not really shy, but i tend to be an introvert. i like to see what people are about before i talk much. unlike gerbil who is an obvious extrovert. at least on line... hey gerb, do you talk this much in real life too?

I voted for both. On the internet you can think about what you want to say and if you mess it up, you can always delete it before you send it, thus causing lots of double plus good time to think. Also in real life I rarely have my brain properly connected to my mouth.

Yeah. I'm transparent. I wasn't being covert or anything. Fie on the person who tries to figure out who I am when I'm *trying* to be covert!

Funny how OPLI started out as a force against spam...

rolleyes.gif

You kids...

I have no problem with either on- or off-line relationships. I have several friends, both in the flesh and via chatrooms and forums.

And I tend to speak pretty much how I write.

I get so many blank looks...

BTW, Galder Weatherwax, am I to understand that you are a League of Gentlemen fan, and perhaps, judging by you user of 'T'Internet', a Peter Kaye one also? If so, good work, fella!
