First lesson of today: a camera with an automatic flash + trying to take pictures of pumpkins that are lit up in the dark = bad pictures. I didn't even think about the flash till it was too late, then I thought, "Heh, it won't matter. It's not bright enough to make that much of a difference."
Oooh boy. Wrong. They look like they were taken with the overhead lights on. I darkened them a bit in PSP, but yeah. They don't look nearly as cool as they did in person, when they were the only things lit up in the room.  BTW, the person holding them is my mom, though I've cropped her out so all you'll see is her hands.  This is my pumpkin of LGG goes nuts. The darkish thing you can see through her dress is a lilac scented candle..lol. It was the only one I could find. A close-up of the LGG goes nuts pumpkin Another pic of LGG goes nuts. Stuff is labeled in this one! The super glue was vital to the completion of this pumpkin...hehe There are additional pictures of the LGG pumpkin, but I'll spare you all. I had Mom take a couple of me carving it..but ewww I have this hideous, concentrated look on my face.  This is another pumpkin that I carved...tis a vampire. Dunno if you can make it out. =/ Another pumpkin by me. A lil gargoyle type guy. This one's a little hard to make out, which sucks because it was one of my favorites that I did. It's a tombstone with RIP written on it, and hands clawing up out of the ground. This one my mom did, but I decided to post it anyway because it shows up the best even with the stupid flash, I think. Now THIS I am freaking proud of. It's my Mr. Snaffleburger costume, on the floor of my computer room, complete with the CONFORM, CONSUME, OBEY trick or treat bag. Me in the Mr. SB costume. It'll hopefully look really cool when I go out tomorrow in it, with black everything on (including gloves) so it just looks like there's this head floating around, carrying a trick or treat bag..hehe. (lmao it looks like I have two heads in that one cause of the wire I used to get the mask to stay up...I don't, I promise!) -------------------- I love you in a way that is mystical and eternal and illegal in 20 states.

First off, you are ONE HELL of a pumpkin carver. I have no idea how well I'll do trying to carve Mata's face in one, but the LGG pumpkin is absolutely amazing. Very, very well done. And as for the SB costume, I can only find one word for that: 1337. Hehe...aww, ty Syuu.
 Carving punkins is easy. You just need some of those nifty lil kits that they sell everywhere with the different sized saws and such, and a good pattern. I will say, however, that I will NEVER, EVER do something with wings like LGG ever again... lmao. It took a long time, and she was a rather frail little girl. Yay for superglue!

I dont have a pumpkin to carve Tonights gonna be sooo boring for me... Found out i cant go to sheeny's party cos im going from dad's to mum's tonight... usually spend friday night with my coven but its halloween so no witch stuff tonight... Geez its gonna be boring... But wow, LGG pumpkin

wowm, those be dead groovy...i was supposed to be carving a pumpkin tonight but now im going out to a hallowe'en gig/fancy dress party and frankly im too afraid to take any kind of carving implement into this place for fear i would be chased by neonazis who liked the shiny goodness...

Well that makes mine pale into insignificance. So much so that I tried to gut my pumpkin to make pumpkin pie and still have the pumpkin to carve but it went horribly wrong and ended in pumpking carnage

Whoa! Cand, those 'kins are awesome! I dun have the patience or skill to do anythin like that... blimey, it's as much as I can do to hollow the things out in the first place!
We had a pumpkin yesterday too... a monstrous one weighin 25 or so pounds, it looked really good when it was all carved out. Lucky fer me me girlfriend did the carvin in the end...

A fashion designer? lol. Oh yes, this summer all of who is who in Hollywood will be sporting my halloween costume line...hehe I don't think I could ever design clothes. For the costume I just followed what Mata's drawing looked like...it wasn't original in the slightest.
