Hey Prez, I know you're angry right now and feeling pretty crappy, but that's no reason to take it out on your friends on the forums. If you can't deal with your anger in some other way, then you probably shouldn't be on the forums right now. I don't think there is a way.
I'm very sorry you're upset, but is there any more effective way to curb this anger other than shouting at a bunch of people on a forum? I never really got to know you, nor is this the time to make a half-assed effort, but I think a lot of people on here are also experiencing a hard time and wouldn't mind talking it out with you. Not sure if that's your thing, but know that a good many people have you in mind right now, hoping that somehow this anger and hate you're feeling ebbs away with time, or possibly sooner than that. prez, i've just gotta say, that f*cking sucks.
i don't pretend to have the slightest clue about your RL friends but why not just tell them that if they're the ones with the huge problem with someone living in a fantasy world that THEY should be the ones to tell the person that they've got a problem with it? as for how to deal with this anger right now, i'd suggest just buying a stress ball and slowly ripping it to shreds with your bare hands/scissors. i tried it once. made me feel a whole lot better. but you should do something, because it looks like you're about to explode at someone..... or everyone, for that matter. i know you said you don't want to, but PM me (or anyone that offered) if you want to talk or just to rant till you pass out. |

Seriously prez, there's no point whatsoever yelling at anyone here. Everyone has suffered from some hardship in their lives (believe me, I have) but everyone manages to get up and make something of it. If you don't want to say something to your friend then don't as long as he's not doing himself or anybody else any harm. And as for the heart problem, I'm really sorry, but at least the doctor's telling you now that he made a mistake, and not six months down the line when it would have even worse consequences. Just don't take all your anger out at a bunch of innocent people who only want to help you and make sure you're ok.
