The Punisher (which sucks) was made for a little over $3 million. Super Troopers (which ruled) was made for a little over $1 million. It's cheaper to make movies in Canada than the US. The MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) allows in PG-13 movies only one breast squeeze and in R movies, allow only two consecutive buttocks thrust in one scene.
