Hello,
I was wondering, does anyone know if there will ever be anymore episodes of LGG or if that series is over and done with?

*waves hand* I know smile.gif

No, it's not finished, there will be more, it's just I've been really busy getting animations made of the other characters and also keeping my own life running. I do enjoy making these animations but they take a hell of a long time and I've got a PhD thesis to do as well.

The next animation I make will be an LGG episode, however don't hold your breath because I've got a PhD chapter deadline for June 5th, so until then it's likely I'm going to be very busy indeed.

If you want to hear as soon as things come out then join up with my mailing list, you can join it by using the link beneath the latest additions on the main page (which has, in typicial fashion for timing, just dropped offline, but it usually works and so add yourself on there).

No problem! Another thing about the mailing list is that I generally keep people up to date with what's coming next and roughly how long it's going to take to arrive.

I'm considering a quick Skippy the Goth Kangaroo episode in the meantime because they are quite quick to bash together (the last one took me five hours, probably my quickest ever!) but quite fun.

LOL. Calm thyself, gothic. laugh.gif

But I have to say that I love Skippy, too. It would be great if there were more episodes, Mata! Although if it's taking time away from Little Goth Girl...

Even quicker than the last Mittens (probably my second favourite animation)?

I don't think it is, I think Mata will make another one, but I don't think if he didn't make Skippy LGG would get done faster

Good point Sean, the latest Mittens was faster, Skippy was the second fastest (I knew there was something I was forgetting even as I typed that).

If I make a new Skippy then it probably won't take any time away from LGG because I'm not working on anything other than money earning and PhD stuff at the moment. A Skippy animation is quick silly and a nice distraction when I want to get my head away from other things, so it's really a case of finding a time when I need to distract myself that much... If I do then it's not a good thing because I should be concentrating on my thesis...

Then my vote goes to the Skippy animation. *Licks lips in anticipation*. tongue.gif

And keep working hard on that PhD thesis. You talk about it all the time... it must be extremely time-consuming. biggrin.gif And it also must be very hard to concentrate when a thousand people are continually pestering you for more animations. Um... I'm certainly not part of that group. No, never. *Hangs head in shame and wanders away to leave Mata to his RL business*.

Yep, it is very time-consuming, but it takes ages to actually make the time to even start work on it. There's a lot of other things I need to take care of every day before I even get a minute to spend on it. If I get to spend seven hours a week actually writing then it's amazing, what's more likely is that I spend 60-70hours per week trying to get everything else done so that I can get on with my thesis!

A PhD is a doctorate, and half the challenge of these things is being able to run your life for six years in a way that gives you the time to complete it.

Sometimes making animations is relaxing and as such it is useful to my studies, mostly it's just damn hard work and that doesn't help at all!

Pfft. You're just bitter because you chose the wrong PhD subject. Clearly a PhD in contemporary lounging, comparative flatulence and beeral consumage would have much easier to pull off.

*Gag* It makes me ill thinking of it! Makes my workload which is not insubstantial lately seem pathetic in comparison. Well, I'm sure it will all turn out great! biggrin.gif

And where would I find a University promoting these majors? I think perhaps I'll be looking into contemporary lounging. Sounds lovely.

Jon went to York and he's proficient in all of those, so I guess it's there.

MissJade, I'm studying at King Alfred's College in Winchester. It's very pretty and a little dull, but nice to visit.

With all the talk about zombies, I seriously, seriously think that Sarah should take on (or russurtct) some zombies. I mean, how cool would that be? The undead and the daughter of Satan go together so damn well.

Aww, come on, I could've said that the road takes a sharp left followed immediately by a right, and then another sharp left. Instead I said that it wiggles, just down the hill from the big stone thing, you'll have come past the doofer but if you find yourself at the thingy shop again you've gone the wrong way. See, now who could get lost with those kind of directions? biggrin.gif

The best directions I've ever heard were on a family holiday. We're in northern Michigan trying to find our way out of some dirt backroads and back to the highway and we finally see this guy. We ask, and I swear he says: "Well, you go down a ways to where the old barn used to be. Turn right there. If you get to where the old inn used to be, you've gone too far." Does anyone see anything wrong with this?

So you're not that bad, Mata.

That's true, I didn't give directions around the city by 'That's where they used to sell corn' or 'That's where they used to hang people' (which was actually where I used to live).

Ok I'll give you that your directions did vaugely relate to things which still exsisted round Winchester! dry.gif But you have to give me the fact I'd just driven for several hours in terenchial rain and was just ever so slightly tried so my brain procesing wiggles wasn't going to happen! But we didn't have any problems finding the pub later though! biggrin.gif
