Just a question because this is really irritating me! Has anyone else had their phone 'freeze'? Because half way through sending a text it just stops and acts like a schmuck for a while, and then turns off.

Well its just done it again but now it wont turn on again! Im going to cry! i need to text my mother to remind her to buy me cornflakes!!! blink.gif

Eek! blink.gif My phone randomly stopped working last month, it refuses to charge or switch on, and Sagem are being nasty and mean and not answering my calls to customer services. I have to use someone elses phone with my SIM in it. Can you do that to get cornflakes? unsure.gif

Do you constantly leave your phone on? Or do you turn it off occassionally? Cause my first phone went ka-put because i never turned it off. Maybe if you leave it a while... it might have got over heated?! huh.gif Can phones do that?

Ring your mam from another phone tho... tell her you need cornflakes... they're vital breakfast or snacking foods!! But i would leave your phone for a bit that might make it work again? Otherwise i dunno... sorry.

Hm, it may be the constant leaving the phone on that does it, but they shouldnt break if theyre on all the time- theyre for emergency contact!

but WOO, i got it working again! With the help of a screwdriver ( dry.gif ) i got the back off and removing the battery and sim, them putting them back in seemed to work well. That and throwing the phone across the room.

If, after all this, she doesnt get me cornflakes, i'll, i'll *shakes fist*

mad.gif bloody phone.

Spuglet, that happened to me last week!
I pulled the battery out, thinking that might've helped, but now, after putting the battery back in, the phone won't switch on. sad.gif
I've been told by a guy in the phone shop that it's a software problem and needed to be sent away. So I sent it. I miss my phone. Curse them interstate phone repairers evil.gif

What they don't tell you (rather convienient, makes you buy a new one) is that if you charge it for to long, it actually fries the phone. (!!!) So when you think you're doing it good by plugging it into the charger at night, you're actually slowly killing it. oof. It's a conspiracy.

Mine occasionally starts making a persistant, ear-splittingly loud buzzing noise. It does this when it is unhappy with me, and the only way to make it stop it to gut it and replace its innards hours later when it has calmed down. I will burn it one of these days, it really deserves it.

YES i got my cornflakes! woo! and my phone is being friendly again.

As for charging, i let my battery run down completely before recharging and only charge it every 4 or 5 days..thats good isnt it?

Time for a new phone anyway methinks, nearly two whole years old!
