Ticket

I was on my way to a movie, minding my own business, thinking to myself 'i'm so excited to go see a movie bla bla bla' when i see a cop. natural reaction: push on the brakes a little. i look at my speedometer it says 70. i'm thinking 'no problem, i'm good. the speed limit's 65.' oh no no no...so wrong. the cop pulls out and turns on his lights and all that.

now i have NEVER been pulled over in all my 6 years of driving. so i'm incredibly nervous. here the speed limit is 55. i'm like 'greeaaat'... i was hoping since it was my first offense, he'd be nice, but no, i still got the ticket. he was a really nice guy and everything. just doing his job. he told me to plead innocent and at the trial ask for leiniancy since it is my first offense. he said he'd be there at the trial and he'd vouch for me and bla bla bla.

*sigh* it figures. and i was so mad too because this fancy BMW had just flown on past me right before that too and i know it was going way over 70.

Movie Critique

I just thought I'd share with everyone the utter greatness of Fight Club. If you have not seen this movie and are of the 17ish* age (being that the movie is rated R), and you have not yet seen this flick, I demand you see it!

Fight Club is one of the most fantastic movies ever made. I came to this revelation quite some time ago; however, due to the ever-changing guest/circumstance status over the weekend, I proceeded to watch it three times, and decided I'd announce to everyone my satisfaction in this movie, and give it my most honorable review-> two toes up! In addition my newly established review system gives me no choice but to award this movie with: The DoRmAnt Greatness Award

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!

so me and da boys were hanging out with a bunch of our friends last night-- being stupid 'adults' (being that we are all over 20)...jumping on the huge trampoline, phil's friend has (phil being my oldest brother).

all showing off of course doing back flips and stuff...well one guy tried to do a double back flip.....and here's the OUCH!:

you know the metal ring around the edge holding the jumpy stuff on the trampoline? well in the middle of the double back flip his foot planted down on the outside ring and he smacked his jaw on his knee, knocking out his bottom teeth!


OUCH!!!!!! bleeding profusely he spits out his teeth and then as we drive him to the emergency room, he puts the teeth back into place! and all the emergency room people did was say 'looks like you did a pretty good job putting them back in'. gives him some major pain killers and cement his teeth (that HE put in).


ow ow ow ow ow. so, tell me...got any horrible yet stupid ouch accident stories?
