military style jacket with a stripey blue long thing underneath, with a red belt around my waist, black drainpipes, gold pumps with heels.

Good god, really? Maybe it looks better than it sounds.

Also, your sig contains a word not generally allowed on the forums, and I don't like the implication that I'm a w4nk3r...though...technically I suppose it's true.
I_am_the_best
Long green t shirt with a daisy on the front
Underwear

I think I'm gonna wear the same thing I wore yesterday I'm too lazy/slobbish to bother to look for something else.
Sir Psycho Sexy
black baggies, grey long sleeve top, black lucky 13 workshirt ontop, it's wash day, I look like a goth, feel like a fool and my outfit matches my trainers. tongue.gif
elphaba2
Long, wine-colored silk dress, with a short, tight black velvet over. Underneath, a green t-shirt (because my underarms are obscene) and green doc marts.
voices_in_my_head
There seems to be alot of people wearing green today. My friends and I declared it Green Day (Green...Day...Geddit?) after seeing four girls walking together who were all wearing green.

Today I'm wearing: Black/grey striped 1/2 sleeve shirt with a green t-shirt over. Light jeans with alot of pockets and zippers.
Kitty
Black boot cut pants, knee high rainbow socks pulled over, blue jean mini skirt over top of pants. Black shirt with "Normal is Boring" written in green on it, rainbow wristband, combat boots, and a coloryfull scarf

Felt like being colorful today. Alot of people really liked it, alot of other people thought it was ugly. I love it ^^
elphaba2
I am now wearing new-ish 20-eyelet docs with just-bought laces and I need more things to stomp. I have already squished all the boxes in the house...

(sad face)

(Also, jeans (with the docs laced up over), a green and tan knit sweater that makes me think of Kurt Cobain, and a brown velvet top with ribbon straps. Pearls and copper-colored chandelier earrings make me look a little bit classier.)

*goes off to find something more satisfying to squish*

This sounds really cool (though personally I wouldn't go for the gold shoes). You get a style sticker from me smile.gif and SPS gets a thumbs down for not even bothering to post clothes when complaining about others'.
Moosh
Grey trousers, black sock, black boxers, black t-shirt, grey shirt.

Yep, I'm still wearing what I wore to work.

I made myself the best burger ever earlier. I know it was the best burger ever because attempting to eat it caused me to get all manner of sauces and stuff down my t-shirt, so today I'm wearing jeans and my big red oh-so-comfy-but-only-'cause-I'm-used-to-it dressing gown.
ee-wan bell-arm-ee
currently i am wearing a shirt that is older than most artifacts suitable for a museum, it is white and has several days worth of dirt on it, one day it could possably have been neat!

as for my trousers, they are just jeans.

i darent remove my socks, i fear that they may have become part of me.
elphaba2
Plaid pants, new doc martens, white button-down with my LGG shirt over, beatnik hat and my newly made black cape, which has an extremely faux fur collar and swooshy Russian glamourousness. Lyrics from "Novacaine for the Soul" are scrawled on the side of my hand.
elphaba2
*bump*
Today I am wearing a large and cakelike skirt (black), a green t-shirt with a perfect fit, brown stiletto boots and a tight black hoodie. On my head, my beloved top hat, and from my ears dangle big, teardrop-shaped copper earrings.

Today I've been out with my gran, so Bettie Page shirt, jeans and slouchy boots smile.gif

Change the grey shirt for a blue one and it's the same. God I'm dull.
I_am_the_best
Black tights, grey skirt, smelly white sports shirt, blue jumper.
elphaba2
Tight leotard (black), new charlie chaplin pants, green corduroy blazer and spiked brown boots. I've also got a gray and black striped cravate (to shield the cleavage) and large gold earrings.

Last night/this morning/upto a few mins ago

Huge Furry Coat, slouchy suede boots, knee high socks, long skirt and anime top

As that is covered in scunge from Slimelight I now have on

Fleecy top and jeans (very warm)
elphaba2
Jeans, converse sneakers, with a massive and unerringly fantastic green kimono tied tightly with a sliver scarf. My lips are reddened, inviting the devil, but I have a silver bracelet should I have to barter for my soul with a crooked man beneath a crooked bridge.

Apparently, it's very unusual to wear kimonos. Unlike, say, anything else I have ever worn. Lots of people asked if I was dressed as a geisha for Christmas. I was like, "Don't be ridiculous. One does not dress up for Christmas. One dresses up everyday, making no exception for Christmas."
markslut
ooo I know I'm getting a kimono for chrimbo biggrin.gif
Righteous
Socks, boxers, eyeliner and eyeshadow from last night, a DBZ shirt I threw on after I came home.
Cath Sparrow
My new Snoopy shorts PJ which I got for xmas. I also got some boy short knickers covered in holografic snoopy's but I think I'll save those for going out on New Year. biggrin.gif
voices_in_my_head
Light and dark blue striped kneesocks, bright blue shirt and flannel Betty Boop pajama pants to match.

I got all of it for Christmas biggrin.gif
elphaba2
I'm wearing dull climber's clothes right now, but on Christmas Eve my clothes would've shot the floor from under you--bright red, straight-to-the-ground loose silk evening dress, pulled in more by my ubiquitous but well-fitted black velvet mini, black evening gloves, shiny copper earrings, and a plain black beatnik cap to make it all a little more modest. The old ladies at my church live vicariously through my clothes --probably because lots of them (like the velvet) are close to being antiques.
markslut
Vintage Leather jacket over a brocade corset, with a short skirt, pink and black zedbra tights and black chunky knee high boots

my new Kimono!
Kitty
An outfit I bought at H and M consisting of a nice tight green t-shirt and a cool skirt that I (crappily) sewed a zipper onto instead of the hooks and eyes it originally closed with.
elphaba2
Tight black tank top (why, oh why can't I ever wear one of these without thinking I'm Lara Croft?), and Charlie Chaplin pants, belted tight at the waist. Two argyle socks (not that they match) and high-heeled converses.
Daria
Greyish jeans, chestnut coloured longleeved clingy top, green headband, and a pair of earrings I made from kerrings in the Christmas crackers- plastic sparkly yellow heart and pink plastic sparkly star biggrin.gif

Elphaba, I have to agree with Kitty- your clothes are awesome biggrin.gif My mum sometimes costumes plays so we have bits and pieces of period dress about the house. And a large collection of interesting coats and cravats! I think we also have a box of vintage shoes as well- I'm a little resentful of them though, as there aren't any cool ones in my size!
elphaba2
Well, thank you! *drops a curtsy* I'm now extremely jealous of your costume bits, though. My mother did the same for years and years and just when I got to appreciate the wonderfulness of it all she cleaned out her sewing room and filled it with sensible things. She's now making curtains, but I managed to salvage some false satins and a whole lot of hats from her costume-making days with which to piece together a more interesting wardrobe. And sometimes she makes curtains for wealthy eccentric people who don't mind when a few scraps of their Dupioni silk goes missing, so that's led to interesting creations-- I'm midway through making a top I would never be able to afford had a kooky woman from wealthy Westchester not decided on smaller drapes.

Why would you not want to think you are Lara Croft?

Yeah, I'm wearing a pair of shorts that I sleep in. Haven't got up yet.
Kitty
Sometimes us girls just want to be 'us girls' and not sex idols that are drooled over everywhere they go.

<.< It gets annoying! Honestly!

Currently changing clothes as fast as I can. No idea what to wear, I'm freezing cold and yet dont want to wear (or have any) long sleeve shirts.... I have a Lautrec painting on the back of the jacket I've been wearing today but cant find any colors that would compliment the painting so I was trying to stick to black but today is laundry day so I dont HAVE any black except a pair of pants that really need to be hemmed...

Argh. Currently wearing pink pants and a black tank that doesnt remind me of Lara Croft.... Yay. Cold.

Edit: Got some stuff dried ^^ long-ish Black skirt made out of a heavy cotton/denim-y material, slightly dressy looking red and black muddled shirt, black jacket with a red heart in swirly flowery designs pinned on the back. Top it off with knee high purple socks (to cover up the unshaven legs) and probably some combat boots when I leave the house. Feeling good happy.gif

It starts off grand but somewhere between roundhouse-kicking the mailman and holding the supermarker checker at gunpoint I remember that I'm not. It creates a problem.

Right now I'm wearing plaid pants, and a black-and-white striped sweater under a short-sleeved black workshirt, with a very creatively tied towel holding my damp hair in place. I am held above the "no plaid with stripes" rule.
voices_in_my_head
Black Skirt, Red tanktop, and a button-up black overshirt.

Even though this really isn't a strange outfit, I had alot of people look at me like I'm crazy...

According to the experts on TLC's "What Not To Wear" You can pair a stripe with a plaid. One is supposed to be subtle though, which, given your past outfits, I dont think one is subtle tongue.gif Thats okay though!

Me currently = previous outfit minus the jacket and top, plus a plain black tank and scraps of a pair of silk pants pinned to me and partially sewn in a way that will eventually resemble a shirt. I'm not being a good dress form though, I move around too much *mumbles*

What! What not to Wear? Trinnie and Suzanna! Please tell me thats not on another channel as well? Doom is nigh my friends, doom is nigh!

Oh yeah and I'm back into 'business wear' minus the tie today. And the jacket. OK I'm just in a shirt and trousers (purple & grey fygi)
There's been no heat in the building for over a week- its freezing- only got a shirt on and my hands are an odd purple shade which is scarily complamenting my shirt.

No, subtlety is not quite doable for me. The pants were noisy and red/black and the top was blocky and white/black. Also, welcome to the Too Cheap (Or Too Oddly Shaped) To Get A Dress Form Club . I make all of my clothes like that--one of my favorite shirts started out as just a way I used to tie a towel on, just duplicated with black satin and bits of an old bathing suit. For ages that was my insomnia-cure, though now that I do mostly machine sewing it's a little difficult to do without waking the whole house.

Right now I am not wearing anything homemade--it's:
-vintage, lightweight denim jacket underneath a:
-tight white shirt with red faces printed on with:
-my favorite skinny black pants and:
-tall doc martens (I just came in from shovelling snow)
Daria
Almost floor length black needle cord skirt, white shirt with blue and green tiny flowers printed on it, my 2nd world war German paratrooper boots, a grass-green hooded fleece, a vintage (60s) black velvet jacket and earrings I made from keyrings I found in Christmas crackers.

All in all, a bit normal...
elphaba2
My newly batik-ed jeans, which dip a little in the behind, a black dance leotard to remedy that effect, and a large fuzzy knit hat, with a peculiar brim that I keep parallel to my nose. I attracted unwelcome stares from snooty girls in a small, hip restaurant, and very welcome ones from a slight cream-skinned boy with fistfuls of black curly hair. Sexy strangers are a good reason to dress oddly.

edit: Oi Markslut! What does the kimono look like?
Kitty
I'm quite happy with my belt today. I dont know why. Its from the army's "russian" uniform for when they're doing their war game bits.... My dad use to be in the army and I have parts of his clothes tongue.gif And this belt is an awesome greenish blue color. Then I'm wearing a green shirt that says Portland: Breathe Free Hug A Tree because I'm a crazy little tree hugger (though am not form Portland.... or anywhere near it.) and my favorite jacket that I havent worn in forever and am extatic to be wearing.

Yay happy.gif Belt and jacket.

I'll post a picture when I am free of this lurgy
elphaba2
I am wearing my very first circle skirt (!) since the red one my mother made for me out of a tablecloth in the first grade. This one is thick cotton (sort of canvassy) with handpainted imitations of famous artworks on the hem and wide dribbles of paint all down the sides, with the occasional purple or green sequin lighting up the colors. I love this skirt a lot (even though it makes my waist look waspish, my bust intimidating and my hips mindbogglingly enormous).

Also, a brown and yellow sweater, navy doc martens and a large white hat.
I_am_the_best
Purple silk night dress thing, pyjama bottoms and black velvet evening gloves that come up past my elbows. An... interesting mix.
Kitty
Yesterday: Velvet-ish pants that are a lovely shade between brown and green, a brown cotton/spandex teeshirt (the best things in the world, if you ask me. They look like a cotton teeshirt, but are stretchy and clingy!) and a kind of bright green (not neon) corduroy blazer that looks kind of sporty.

I liked it.... looked snazzy, but not overdone.
Mutilation
Shocker- School Uniform.
Kitty
Jeans, my new brown stretchy teeshirt (same one from the other day.... I'm so hygenic....) and a black jacket with copper accents/buttons and a hood tongue.gif along with a copper neclace and a turquiose doughnut shaped rock hanging from a band of suade.

I like rocks tongue.gif
I_am_the_best
Bright pink tights, black poofy skirt, pale yellow t shirt, green t shirt, black jumper, silver head band.

Today

New fake hair, fleece and jeans - a bit of a CBA day -
elphaba2
Green cargo pants, a dimly maroon cumberbund, black leotard, bright blue shoes and a strand of pearls so fake that you can see the joins. Also: somewhat elf-like leaf earrings, a hat that singles me out immediately as a Dharma Bum, and a very new, very warm Edwardian-style black velvet jacket.
I_am_the_best
Purpley/pink tights, black netting skirt with dots and a bow at the front, white long sleeved shirt, black long sleeved top, silver head band.
