Just a little thingy that's been bugging me for ages and I can't figure out how to fix it. My monitor screen never uses the whole screen. The monitor works fine, etc, it's just that there's about an inch of unused monitor screen that's just black on both sides of my screen. If I increase my resolution, the extra space is still there, just smaller. But if I do a screen grab it only takes a picture of the part of my monitor that's being used. Does any of this make sense and/or sound familiar?

I know it might sound obvious but have you tried using the little buttons on the front of the monitor to increase the amount of screen used?

Other than that I have no idea.
