It's occured to me that the "most recent" animations... aren't that recent anymore.

Mr. Mata, when are you going to give the front page a good spring clean?

That really depends how often people visit. I figure that there's no harm having a chronological list of the most recent things, and that way people can see a selection of things that I've been up to.

I see your point, Mata. Some people dont visit for months and months, but I agree with Samorine, it looks a bit untidy and need some cleaning. In my opinion, anyhow.

Maybe you could put dates next to the links to your animations so people can see how recent they are, and then put them in their rightful places?

Plus! Though 6 months may be recent for some people, 3 weeks is recent for others So maybe you need to set what you consider as 'recent', otherwise you could possibly end up letting 6 months of recent animations run a muck on your front page!

And if you wanted people to see how much you've done since such a point, maybe you could add some sort of archive. Something which has the order of the animations in which they were created.

That would require either

1) more work

or

2) switching the whole website over to being a database driven site, changing the url of every single page making old links not work any more (making them .php rather than .html ). This would be a huge amount of work!

Neither of those are likely to happen in the near future!
