I was just flicking through the archives of the webcomic Bunny and I found this one! IS this a mockery of SL? OR is it flattery, they do say that imitation is the most sincere form of flattery...

Or of course it could be completetly unrelated, its a comic about a bunny and samuris are bound to occur eventually to that sort of mind.

I think this is coincidence.

When you go through every conceivable humorous occupation/situation for a bunny, you are eventually going to reach "samurai".

Still, I note he's requesting hate mail. I'm going to tell him what a filthy plagiarist he is.

I agree. We should all e-mail him at lem [at} frozenreality (d0t] co {d0t) uk

Yasugi Yojimbo preceded Samurai Lapin by a long way, although I'd not seen anyone suggest that the bunny is a toy defending its owner before my animation. There was a comment in the comic 'Bear' that made me wonder if the writer of that has seen Lapin... It's probably a coincidence, but my site probably has had enough visitors from the world of cartoony people that a few respected artists must have seen them by now, so you never know.
