I've lately been getting really into Toonami on CN. My two favorite shows are Zatch Bell (www.zatch-bell.com) and Naruto (www.naruto.com). Is anyone else a fan?

I'm rather fond of Toonami, but it's slipping a little recently. Beyblade was....spinning tops, One Piece is...bad and oh my god, B-daman or whatever is...well, yeah *shudder*, they still have X-Men Evolution and Justice League occasionally, but it's not watchable like it used to be for me. Also, I'm guessing you have the US version, never heard of any of those shows you mentioned.

Now excuse me while I go do something to make me feel my age again.

I want to like Naruto. I really do. However, the voice acting pisses me off something fierce. And the constant "believe it."

I used to like Toonami a lot when it had the Justice League and Yu Yu Hakusho (and to some extent X Men Evolution) but that's kind of gone away now. That makes me a sad panda.

Anyway, I reach for [adult swim] when I need my fix of anime. Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Full Metal Alchemist, Paranoia Agent... good stuff, man.

I wish they'd bring back the old Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, and Superman: The Animated Series. Those were brilliant.

I watch Adult Swim, but I prefer to just d/l my anime because the voice acting is normally so bad that it makes me cringe hearing any of it >_<

Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo are some of the most perfect voice actings of all time, though.

I'll give you Bebop, but Samurai Champloo was better as a sub than a dub- the girl's voicing was done better.

Last summer, I watched Toonami on a regular basis, but only for Teen Titans. Go Robin!

I heard they are going to start playing Samurai Champloo on Toonami as well.

I feel you about the voice acting, but I don't think it's bad enough to keep me from watching it. I think they did an okay job with Sasuke (sp?). Are you famliar with the Naruto manga? They are selling it on the website and I am thinking of ordering it. Any good?

Yeah, [adult swim] plays the Space Ghost Coast to Coast (far inferior to Cartoon Planet!) Harvey Birdman and such, but have seemed to have gotten rid of Sealab 2021 which is a real shame. Japanese movies? Every once in a while.

And I forgot... I do so love Inuyasha and Ghost in the Shell... more the latter than the former. Damn you Mata!

And lastly, yes. I like Teen Titans too.

I think I like Toonami better than Adult Swim right now. All the shows I like (Family Guy) on AS play other places anyway.

Zatch Bell is just fascinating to me. It's just so bizarre... I recommend that everyone sit through at least one episode.

I like the Mad Mod ones. From my admittedly limited experience with Great Britain, I believe it's a pretty accurate depiction of daily life in the UK.

I watched it back when I was eleven, twelve, thirteen, etcetera - you know, when it was just starting? Toonami was great when Sailor Moon was on. I stopped watching it once they took Kenshin and SM off, just because .. those were the only shows I did care to tune in for. Then again, Sailor Moon was NOTORIOUS for crap voice acting.

During the third season they switched up voices and fixed it up so that the lesbians were cousins. Ohoho, crash and burn.

Ha ha! That's funny. I dunno, though, I think Toonami is still great. I didn't have a TV when Toonami first started, but I'm old. I'm glad that they are doing better with the voice acting now. I am a little annoyed that Zatch Bell is airing so slowly, but oh well. Patience is a virtue.

I only watched it for Samuri Jack and the old Batman cartoons. Those are still great!

Damn you and your English television. I never see those shows anymore 'cause they don't run them here. Looks like I'll have to buy Batman: TAS on DVD...

I'm an Adult Swim fan (when I admit to watching tv.... it brainwashes you you know) and I tend to like Aqua Team Hunger Force.... heehhh....

I have all the seasons on DVD....

Bad anime: Zatch Bell! Inuyasha!

Good anime: Rurouni Kenshin!! Ghost in A Shell (besides the fact it makes me kinda jealous that my boyfriend has a poster of the girl on his wall..but he thinks she looks like me ) And i like Full Metal Alchemist, and some others =D oh..and one peice! every1 hates one peice. But me and my boyfriend both think its fucking funny as hell. in a very stupid childish way..
