I have been unable to find a Mr. Snaffleburger T-shirt, though I would much like to purchase one. Are they/where are they being sold? Does living in the US present an insurmountable currency problem? I believe they were originally brought out of production because of lack of profit, but wouldn't a short revival be profitable?

The online shop was close because selling stuff in a real shop was thought to be more profitable than an online one. But being that shops in America generally don't buy stock produced in China, there was a problem there and what with an economic slow down the UK, stuff really wasn't selling. So now the online shop has re-opened with the remaining stock that was being sold to shops, and corsets. There is the possibility to print more t-shirts but that all depends on the money being available to pay for them. Be patient, it'll happen.

Actually, you're in luck:

Some of my old Little Goth Girl and Mr Snaffleburger stock is being sold on eBay by a friend of mine who bought a load off of me ages ago to tour festivals with. At the time of writing this there are two days left on the bidding.

I will eventually be getting some new Mr Snaffleburger designs made, but I've had to borrow money from my parents to even afford the things I've got in my shop and in the pipeline at the moment so it is all a little while away yet. As SPS says, it'll happen, but I can promise that it certainly won't be this year, and it may be quite a while into next year too. For the moment the eBay auction is your last best hope!

EDIT: The reasons I stopped making these things myself are long, boring, and often rather complex, but can be summarised in a few lines: I thought I'd make more money letting someone else do the work of the merchandising and I needed the time to finish my thesis. I was wrong about the first thing and right about the second one. I still need the time to finish my thesis but I also need the money to pay the rent so a compromise has to be reached, i.e. I have to give up my study time to run the shop. Ho hum.

I don't begrudge running the shop. It's actually quite nice to do, but it takes a huge amount of time from my day, and I really need that time for other things at the moment. Then again, even higher on the pecking ladder is my need to pay the rent, hence the shop reopening. It'll all work out in the end.

Alas, I have missed the eBay opportunity! Yet I appreciate your notifying me of the event, and I look forward to the day when new Mr. Snaffleburger T-shirts will once again roam the earth. For on that day I shall take my prize.
(Yes, I'm weird.)
My best wishes for your thesis, and that your economic situation may become a bit less stressful.

Thanks for the good wishes!

Send my eBay friend a message, there were a few things that didn't sell I think. There might have been a Mr Snafflburger T-shirt among them.
