This is great, I love Snowdrop's description of all the stuff Mittens did last year and I love the 'Lets knock over the gravy and lap it and look innocent bit'. Classic
Mata
I did wonder whether I should just make an animation about that stuff instead, but I decided I'd take this path. 'Still not sure if it was the right one, but I think it's pretty good. It's one of those ones that only really works with the music to help it along.
Kitty
The music definatley did help the animation along, but at first I was thinking it was a bit distracting (or maybe I'm just ADD) but in the end it found its purpose.

Mittens will never be able to be fully good.... for a second I was worried that he had compleatly turned around tongue.gif
Spacehappy
Very nice Mata, the music at the end was great addition to the scene.

Got the Missus into Mittens the other day, she loved it too.
Mata
Faure's Requiem is one of my favourite pieces of classical music. The whole thing is just beautiful. I guess I know it so well now that I hardly think about how it sounds any more and just feel it instead.

Cheers Spaceh, and good work with the missus smile.gif

I've just watched that two or three times and nearly cried with laughter. It's exactly what I needed to cheer up after an aggravating week. smile.gif Excellent job!
The music was excellent as well. So cheerful until you get a good look at a very special decoration....
Calantyr
Absolutely spiffy! The ending made me break out into a delightful grin. biggrin.gif
Angel the Samurai Princess
I dunno...

Call me stupid, (thank you) but the ending kinda confused me, sensei...

Was that supposed to be a real angel? Plus, the last bit of music kinda made me mentally jump a bit, but the gravy line was my favorite!!!!

Overall, I liked it! That's cool about your wife, Spacehappy. Similarly, I've got my entire family hooked on www.homestarrunner.com, an American cartoon site thingy. My little sister kinda likes Samurai Lapin, but my brother's the whole reason I know about this place. He introduced me to Mr. Snaffleburger (from his band friends) and from there I discovered Little Goth Girl, (loved it) Mittens and Snowdrop, (the 2nd one kinda freaked me out) and *gong* Samurai Lapin, my favorite page by far!!! With Little Goth Girl in second!!! Yaaaaaaaay!!! So cheers to my brother!!!!! wink.gif Or just a half-hearted "whoo..."

Why am I talking so much? It must be the Dr. Pepper. I get like this when I drink a lot of Dr. Pepper...YAAAAY!!!!
Mata
Do angels bleed? I figure they would in the world of Mittens...

Mata-- Excellent choice on music! I ADORE Fauré's requiem. Actually, i performed it last... March ish in a choir I'm in. I must admit, though, I like the Agnus Dei better than the In Paradisum...
I didn't think anyone else knew about the Requiem... clearly I was wrong.
Daria
I thought it is rather fantastic. Kudos Mata!

I even managed to get my Biology teacher to let the class watch it on the last day of term, using the projector. I don't think I have laughed so much, just by watching people jusmp at a cartoon biggrin.gif

I've had my work shown in universities as examples of script-writing, but I think it's safe to say they've never been shown in a biology class before!

Aw!!!! So cute!!! I loved the whole thing but the ending was soooo funny. Bearing in mind that my Kitten is having her first Christmas this year and she has spent severla evenings trying to claw her way into my head (I really think I should have named her Mittens!!!) I have images of her mentally planning the gravy trick. The angel at the top of the tree was classic and the music- I have sung Verdi's requiem and as a first soprano that piece of music always sends a tingle up my spine. Fabby Mata absolutely fabby
Mata
Kittens are just adorable little fluffy bundles of brain eating evil.
Astarael
Yeah, they are. Mine just spent half an hour trying to attack the mouse pointer as I moved it across the screen. Now she's sitting on top of the monitor having a sulky nap because she couldn't have it. Doubtless there'll be wads of hair inside and it'll need cleaning. dry.gif She and my other kitten are really adorable, though, and cuddling them is always fun. They haven't tried to eat my brain yet, but I'm sure they'll get around to it eventually.
Angel the Samurai Princess
sad.gif I wish I had a kitty. (Dad and bro are allergic...darn allergies! I spit upon their graves! *ptooey*)
