Grr... The blasted monkeys keep stealing the milk just when I get the teat aimed perfectly. It's a lot of fun, though.

I don't know if anyone else has had the problem, but the animated advert for the shop got in the way of about a third of the game while I was playing.

I've been having issues with that for ages. The problem seems to be related to the way that Flash content responds to the Z-index on the page.

The Z-index is a way of controlling what goes on top when two things collide. This should mean that on lower resolution screens (and small browser windows) that the important content of a page slips in front of the less important stuff. It's like the three axis of space, Y is height, X is width, and Z is depth. I set the navigation of the site to a lower depth than the content (the animations) so that the animations will always stay on top if anything needs to overlap.

Unfortunately, it appears that Flash content throws a bit of a strop about this. Thanks for reminding me at this point because I've come to the conclusion that I might as well just turn the link into an image that will (hopefully) behave itself properly. I'm uploading the new pages as I write this, so by the time you read it the changes should be in place.

EDIT: I've adjusted the scoring system slightly, so now you get 50 added to your timer when you get milk in the giraffe's mouth. It should make things a bit more varied.

After playing the game twice, the little milk meter thingy just kinda dissapered. The rest of the game still worked fine, but the meter was gone except for the word "full".

Err... Can anyone else duplicate that? I've not had that happen to me.

Any chance on the second level of accidentally detonating the monkey's spaceship if it happens to be in the blast radius of the bomb?

I'm down to No. 28 on the scoreboard. Once other people start to play I end up terrible.

There are some ludicrously good scores on there. I'm fairly sure that they're possible, but only just.

I thought of the game mechanic, clicking to release things that fall in a direction, then had to work out a reason why you would want to do this.

There was the other option, which I may make as a re-skin next year, of Celebrity Big Udder, where you have to fill minor celebrities with milk until they explode and therefore gain some sort of fame as the first live death from milk on television.

I had no idea that life on the savanna was so perilous...

I finally managed to finish the game once I got better at predicting the speed of the blast radii. Definitely fun once you get the hang of it.

Ooo, just discovered this game- been away- and am minorly addicted. I like the noise the giraffe makes when it is bombed. Heehee... *is evil*

The poor thing looks all pathetic and sad when it gets bombed and needs milk.

Cheers. I was pretty confident it would get in there, but you never can tell with that lot. It often depends on how much stuff their closest mates have been doing that week. I was a bit miffed when there wasn't a newsletter last week, but it turns out that was due to Yahoo. You never know, it might work in the game's favour to be in a mid-week newsletter.

Nope. That's hackers being idiots. There's even a polite request to them in my code recognising them and asking them to not bother. Those scores have been deleted now, thanks for letting me know about them.

There probably is a security feature I could try implementing, but I'm not 100% certain of the code so it may be a pain to get working and I want to go to bed now. I'll give it a go at some point. With luck the hackers will get bored of their game.
