I have, for a while, been doing glass beading in my free time at my stepmum's house. For my birthday, she got me a copy of the book she has, which is pretty much a beading bible, meaning that I can confidently bead at my house also (and when I go to university). I can get hold of all gauges and colours of wire, lots of thread, and a positive mountain of beads, but I can't seem to find a bead loom anywhere- the main problem being that I can't really order things, because no-one is ever home at my house.

Can anyone reccommend a shop which would sell bead looms?

There's some bead looms at a store right around where I live, I dont know if you have a JoAnnes around where you are, but if you do, check there.

American only? sad.gif I'm in the UK, doesn't look like it extends over here.

Well not knowing whereabouts you're based. There used to be a pretty good beading shop in Lincoln although I'm not sure if its still there. There's also a really good one in Nottingham I could look into it for you if you like? That and I'm sure I have a catalogue of a UK stockist floating around in the black hole that is my room.

Otherwise try somewhere like Hobby craft or maybe John Lewis they might be expensive.
The other option is to jury-rig something.
