I'm just taking a guess here but I think it may have been something to do with the fact that you were posting things that people couldn't actively take part in discussing.

Maybe invent a game in the games thread that can be carried on by people? Or try asking a question or starting a "daft" discussion in the daft thread perhaps?

This is like, an everything goes kinda place. There's no wrong, no right. Well, spammy stuff would be a wrong.. I don't think there is any one 'topic'. Just kinda browse through the forums and find topics you like. So if you're into a lot of music, post in some of the music threads. If you want to look at silly stuff, browse through daft. If you can't find anything you like, start your own threads! You'll have fun here, I'm sure.
