I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, it's just not working anymore. I'll open up the program, and it won't let me hit play. Then I'll go on the website, search for a station, click on it, click in the pop-up box that I want it to play in the Last.fm software, and it won't do anything. How do I make it work?

Also, is it possible to scrobble what I listen to in Windows Media Player?

I didn't like using the last.fm software, so I went back to using the old style plug-ins. If you scroll down on this page - http://www.last.fm/tools/downloads/ - you'll find the plug-in for Winamp, which is far superior to Windows Media Player. But, if for some mad reason you'd rather use WMP, there's a plug-in for that as well.

You have to tag files and listen to radio through your browser, but if you mainly just want to record your listening habits then plug-ins are the way to go.

Can't help you with your software problem.. have you tried reinstalling it?

Okay, thanks. I've downloaded both WMP and Winamp. smile.gif

its probably a connection problem...

find out what protocol and port last.fm uses and then make sure they are open on your computer...
