My pick is Storm Hawks, a show that just started this month on Cartoon Network. I think because the characters are so well developed it would really lend itself way to a feature length movie. It sort of reminds me of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Samurai Jack is the best thing I've seen in a long time. I'm not sure if it could be drawn out to 90 minutes without losing momentum though...

Harvey Birdman, although I think it would be better as a SitCom.

Meh. I rarely like to see cartoons made into movies. Espescially made into live action movies (Flintstones, anyone?)
But if I were to see an animated movie based on a cartoon be made, I'd have to give a vote for Futurama first off. Its sci-fi setting and large cast of memorable characters coupled with great voice acting and brilliant writing could make a very entertaining way to blow ten bucks at a theatre, and quite frankly it would be nice to see some loose ends tied up and to give the whole Futurama gang enough time to have a quirky space opera. (And yes, I am aware of the new Futurama episodes slated to air on Comedy Central, but I remain skeptical until I see 'em.)
Really, that's the only cartoon I can think of off the top of my head that would make for a good movie, though I wouldn't be wholly opposed to another South Park movie as long as it was on par with the first.
Also, I'd watch a movie version of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. I love that show, and could really see myself getting into it whilst under the influence of certain chemicals.
