Hi all. I'm back again. It's been about 10 months since I last posted and I'm sorry I've been gone so long.

Life has been hectic for me as you may know.

My brother was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma in July last year and I moved back down south to look after him while he had chemo. As it turns out he was lucky and didn't suffer badly with the drugs. He didn't even lose his hair! His chemo finished in February but he's poorly again but we won't know with what until the CT scan comes back at the end of April. We're obviously all very worried again but not sure whether it's the cancer back or something completely different.

I finished my MA in December 07 and got a distinction. I am ever so proud of myself especially considering I was completing it while my brother was so ill. I'm now working at Handel House Museum in London as their Administrator. I don't solely administrate though as I look after volunteers, group visits and the interactive they have so it's all good fun. I'm enjoying it....especially earning money again

I started seeing a guy called Ryan (my bro's best friend) in July last year and we've just moved in together in Billericay. We're happy

I'll try and get on the boards more often. It's not easy as I don't get home til gone 7pm and once I've relaxed and eaten it's gone 9pm and I go to bed around 10ish I'll try and pop on at work every now and then. It would be good to know when the next Southern area meet is

I'm so sorry about your brother, I hope nothings wrong with him this time round so wish him good luck from me. But congrats on passing the MA, I'm not sure of it's significance because I don't even know what it stands for, but I bet it's pretty good to have anyway

Yay! I'm so glad to hear your brother reacted well to the chemo, and that you're enjoying your job *hugs*

Thanks for the welcome back everyone. Hopefully I'll stay put fairly regularly now but it really depends on work load and time off to surf.

Celebrating my bday at work today so thought I'd just pop on and say hi to you all.
