Oi, Mata, the text colour button doesn't appear to work any more. I have to remember the colour tag when I need it, and worse than that I have to remember it's spelt the American way, without a "u".
All the other buttons work fine.
Does anyone else have this problem or is it really only me??

Did you remember to scroll up all the way? Because it's working fine for me.

I never knew that was a requirement. I never had that issue when I used to frequent this place years ago.

It changed with some site polishing that was done a while ago. I seem to think there's a easy way to get colour funky but don't really remember how to do so.
Not terribly helpful. Sorry.
Ah yes. It's that underlined A to the right of the strickout key.
brings up loads of pretty colours.

Yeah, I spotted that when I scrolled up. Quite annoying, though, that it doesn't pop up where you're typing though. Is this fixable or should I just live with it?

I think we had a topic about this once. Something about someone having to spell out "green"...

I see... must've been something that emerged whilst I was AWOL. Anyway, thanks for the tip Izzy, at least I know what's going on now.

It's not easily fixable - I've no idea why it happens like that and it would probably take longer to dig through all the code than it would for the cumulative time for every instance of a person wanting to use the function scrolling to the top of the screen.
I am aware of the problem, but since the function does still work, albeit with the colour box at the top of the screen, then it'll probably stay that way for the moment. I might have a look to see if I can find a new version of the forum software - it's been a while since I updated.

Ah, the joys of web coding. I bet it works super duper and spiffingly on Firefox, just not on rubbishy old IE. Oh well, I'll live with it, don't bust a gut Mata. I know I'm worth it, but there's really no need

Nope, same thing on Firefox too.

Except when you view it in Firefox the browser makes you a cup of tea and sings you a calming lullaby.

That's got to be better than the slapping with a large trout and the torrent of abuse that IE dishes out.
