Is pak choi that really strong bitter green stuff that looks a bit like parsley? I've never quite worked out whether I like it. It always tends to overpower everything else I'm cooking with it.
No... well, maybe this isn't pak choi? It's a bit like celery but softer, whiter, with less ridges. It was TASTY at any rate.
After work today I fancied doing some baking. So I shall!
(Did I mention my new job is baking and icing cupcakes?)

Oh MY Gawd, Becky! I demand that you arrange for those to all be in my mouth within the next five minutes or I will cry!
I am queen of fail baking, fortunately moop is quite happy to eat muffins that taste like rocks made from reconstituted poop so I avoid baking unless I'm going to be seeing him!

I guess there were tears?
I did do some baking. I made banana and poppyseed muffins, covered in melted chocolate and rolled in nuts. Ohh yeah. Nuts.

I've been munching on pickles all day. Haha, I actually just posted "Do you like pickles?" on my friend's FB wall, and she was like "Wtf? ...Yes?" (I'm her Santa, she wants something home-fail. I fail at crafts, so I'm thinking awesome teddy bear + awesome foods I made + whatever else I think of by Friday.)

About 12 hours late, but I'm just here to brag about my salmon sandwich + Monster breakfast combo.
Another bottle of Naked.. Green Machine though, the Protein one tastes of medicine.

Chocolate brownies, good orange juice, more brownies. In fact, all highly calorific food I can think of. Almost end of week one of the diet (it started on Wednesday)... well, half way through week one, and my brain thinks it can trick me into eating things if it thinks about them enough. Instead, I have a baked potato in the oven.

Damn it all! Now I want mimosas!
Ohmylord, good orange juice + good champagne. Throw in a silk dress and a pretty man and there is the best thing that could ever happen to me in 2010.
(full disclosure: currently wearing falling-apart jeans + little boy's sweater, drinking tap water from a stolen pint glass to soothe the death-beast living in my throat = EXACT OPPOSITE OF ABOVE-DESCRIBED SCENARIO. I'll get there. Eventually.)

I appear to be addicted to my new beau. It's probably somewhere between adorable and nauseating that I'm so happy, but my housemate grins when he sees us together, so I think we've kept it on the 'adorable' end of the spectrum. I guess it's normal in new relationships to be constantly thinking about the other person, but it still feels like a craving!

If only this plate of dry wheat toast could be turned into a plate of blueberry muffins with mango lassi. If only.

I've been house sitting for the last week and while taking a shower and perusing their various body washes I noticed one that had glitter in it. Of course I said "Ooooo sparkly!!!" Opened it up and it smelled like cupcakes and icing. Ever since then it's been cupcakes.

LGG?
Mmm... Cupcakes. I've been eating really healthily for several weeks, even losing weight over Christmas (though I'm more going for 'shape change' than 'weight loss') and now I want a kebab and chips!
And yes, I'm a very happy chappy at the moment

I very rarely crave cupcakes. I guess comes with the territory of having to bake and ice dozens and dozens of them at a time.
At the moment I crave chocolate brownies. Still.

I don't know!! I really want something, but I can't yet tell what. Until then I'm going to eat everything in the house to ensure my craving, whatever it may be, is satisfied. Mmmmmm food.

Not craving, but eating (couldn't find the other food thread?) chicken flavored Ramen Noodles, with an egg and some half 'n half. This thirty cent (if that) meal is delicious. Warm food = the best thing ever after being way over your head in work, to the point where you don't even have time to eat. Eating this. Then history. Then sleep. Then chemisty. POSSIBLE. (Mostly still "Omg foooood <333")
