So here's an odd one: ITV (a terrestrial TV station in the UK) have sent me this email:

Hi,

ITV are currently looking for a Gothic wedding to appear on Living’s hit show ‘Four Weddings’ and I was wondering if it’s possible for you to circulate a flyer within your forum in order to attrect people getting married in December 2009 or January/February 2010.

Living’s hit show ‘Four Weddings’ (the best average audience performance of an original series on Living, ever) is back for a second series and are looking for more brides-to-be and any civil partnerships to attend and score each other’s weddings. Each wedding will be scored on the venue, the food, the overall presentation and of course, the dress. The bride with the best day will win the luxury honeymoon of their dreams!

We are interested in all weddings whether they are civil partnerships, themed weddings, big or small weddings or have a high or low budget. The last series saw us feature a wedding in cave, at London Zoo and a medieval wedding.

Ah, well Mrs. Claus would have loved that too. Mrs. Claus was quite the looker in her fishnet thigh-highs and black eyeliner. A regular Little Goth Girl she was. If only it had been around back when we were young.

Matt and I looked into that for last season. They were after some LARPers. Ours would have been fun, if a little odd. No one would vote for ours- it was so personal and funky! And cheap!!!!
