Inspired by Time Out's competition http://www.timeout.com/london/feature/2511...ture-of-horrorr write a horror movie pitch in 30 words. I rather like the idea, so here's one to get us started:

Bill wakes to find every door in his house locked, every window unbreakable, phones and the internet gone. Bill tries to survive, wondering if he will ever escape.

I might turn that into a Halloween animation

Their graduation camping trip went wrong when a bear attacked. They fled to a nearby mansion, but never suspected that the insane lord was the bear's owner, and trainer...

A widow's new wife becomes infected with a bacteria that threatens her life, but his dead wife returns through the weakened body... And now she wants him dead!

Hmm... That one's quite good.

In the depths of space, a crew picks up an anomalous object. It's kept in quarantine, but the crew start dying. Is it the object, or one of their crewmates?

I'm rather enjoying this. Is anyone else going to join in?

Trying to think of something but I'm coming up blank. I've had more luck with game concepts then anything else lately

When two bosses at a company die, apparently by suicide, the third begins to see signs that he could be next.

Pink bunnies take over the earth after the one that lives with a certain web animator Doctor plots the take over. Turns out the fluffy foam is radiation resistant.

Tom died, then woke up. Then he died again. He can only break the cycle by finding the true cause of his death... And killing it.

That reminded me of a TV series called Tru Calling. It was pretty awful, but that's about the gist of it

Vampires find out that they are being portrayed as sparkly idiots, and decide to enslave all humans.

It reminded me of this book where this kid had to keep reliving the first day of school until he stopped his day from going wrong.

Yeah, that one was a bit Groundhog Day but with less romance.
